I made a mistake in the shipping address when I ordered. What should I do?
You must contact our customer service department at contact@shopmoica.ca as soon as possible with the order number and new shipping address. Orders are often prepared and shipped quickly. Shop moi ça is not responsible for any charges incurred, lost or stolen packages sent to an incorrect address entered by a customer at the time of ordering. We are not responsible for lost, damaged or misdirected packages caused by our carriers. Please verify your address when ordering. In this case, please contact us at contact@shopmoica.ca
Will the Canada Post strike affect my delivery?
Due to the ongoing Canada Post strike, we have adjusted our shipping services.
All orders will be shipped via Purolator or other carriers until further notice.
Please note that this situation may temporarily limit shipping options for certain regions. We’re doing everything we can to minimize disruptions and ensure your orders are delivered as quickly as possible.
Carriers across Canada may experience delays in processing shipments due to increased volume caused by the Canada Post strike. While our internal processing times remain unchanged, delivery timelines are not guaranteed.
No refunds will be issued for late deliveries.

Which delivery company will deliver my box?
Delivery is available in Canada only. In Quebec and Ontario, delivery is via Canada Post, Nationex or Purolator. For volume orders, delivery may be made via other carriers. Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of your shipping address when confirming your order.
What are the shipping costs?
STANDARD SHIPPING QC–ON
Standard shipping to Ontario and Québec is free for all orders of $80 or more, except for remote regions.
For orders under $80, a flat rate of $9.95 or $14.95 applies depending on the area.
STANDARD SHIPPING – OTHER PROVINCES
For all other Canadian provinces, free shipping is offered on orders over $160 before taxes.
For orders under $160, the flat rate is $15.99.
In certain situations (remote regions, PO boxes, carrier strikes, etc.), Shop moi ça reserves the right not to honour its usual shipping policy. In these cases, an additional fee may apply, even if your order exceeds $80 or $160 (before taxes, after discounts or promotions). We will contact you if needed before shipping.
How long does it take to ship my order?
All in-stock boxes will ship within 48-72 business hours of order payment under normal circumstances. Please allow 1-2 business days for delivery with Purolator, Nationex or Canada Post. Shop moi ça will do everything possible to honor the preparation of the package according to the selected future reception date but cannot guarantee the respect of this date once the package is picked up by Purolator, Nationex or Canada Post.
Please note that custom items and special requests may require additional time. Delivery times for special orders will be confirmed prior to payment of the order.
What are the delivery times during the holidays?
During high-volume periods in November and December, delivery times may be longer than 72 working hours. We will do our best to meet suggested delivery dates within a reasonable timeframe.
All in-stock boxes will be shipped faster following payment of the order under normal circumstances. Please allow an additional 1-2 business days for delivery with Purolator or Nationex. Please note that custom items and special requests may require additional time. Special order lead times will be confirmed with you prior to payment of the order.
Can I track the delivery progress of my package?
Once your package is in the hands of Purolator, Nationex or Canada Post, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a direct link to follow its progress. You will be able to track your package at any time.
Please note that in case of absence at the time of delivery, the package will be sent to the nearest office. You will then have 5 business days to retrieve your package or it will be returned to us. It is your responsibility to contact us or Purolator/Nationex/Canada Post if you wish to have a second delivery attempt made before the 5 day deadline. In the event that the package is returned to us, a new delivery can be made at your expense.
Can I pick up my order at the workshop?
Yes, for people in the greater Gatineau-Ottawa area! To schedule a free pick-up at our workshop, select the Pick-up option when you purchase.
This is done at our workshop from Monday to Thursday until December 23rd from 9am to 4pm at 444 St-René East, Gatineau, QC, J8P 8A9.
You can pick up your order in our workshop as soon as you receive the order pick-up confirmation email. The preparation time for orders is 24 to 72 business hours (additional time may be required in November-December).
Hours may be extended in December, contact us by messenger if needed.
